The price does not include:

- Tourist tax: to be paid upon arrival equal to €1.00 per night per person (max 10 days, children under 10 years exempt)

- Linen (sheets, towels...)

Services on request:

- Cot rental: €40 per week

- Folding bed: €50 per week

- Supply of bed linen: €20 per person

​- Supply of towels €15 per person

- Where not included in the apartment's amenities, the beach place can be booked personally by the various Arenili Consortia. The Agency provides the contact details of the responsible lifeguard upon request.

General contract conditions:

a) The delivery of the keys of the real estate unit, upon payment of the entire amount due, will be possible from 16:00 to 19:00 on the day of arrival at the headquarters of Adriatica Immobiliare S.R.L.; with the delivery of the keys, the tenant takes over the real estate unit to all intents and purposes, becoming its custodian from that moment on. In the event that the tenant fails to collect the keys with the simultaneous balance of the price within the day following that of the beginning of the rental period, this contract will be considered terminated, withholding what has already been paid. The return of the keys of the same real estate unit must be made by 10:00 on the last day of the rental. The tenant undertakes to return the real estate unit in the same state in which he received it, clean and free of rubbish, under penalty of compensation for any damages.

b) The balance of the stay, to be paid upon arrival before handing over the keys to the Property, can be paid in cash (within the legal limit), by debit card and credit card, or by bank transfer (which must be credited to the Agency's account 7 (seven) days before the day of arrival). Bank checks are not accepted. The total amount is inclusive of ancillary costs such as utilities, condominium expenses.
