The residence
Just 40 meters from the beach, in the Piazza Manzoni area, Residence Larimar welcomes you to an elegant setting with contemporary design, created to offer comfort, relaxation, and quality living. Its prime location and refined atmosphere make it the ideal choice for those who wish to enjoy the seaside in style, in one of the most sought-after areas. This bright ground-floor apartment is designed to ensure maximum comfort during your stay. The functional and harmonious spaces include a welcoming living room with kitchenette, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, and two bathrooms, providing convenience and privacy for all guests. Large windows enhance the natural light and open onto a furnished porch, perfect for outdoor breakfasts, relaxing moments, or pleasant evenings together. Completing the experience are a swimming pool, private beach access, and a ground-floor parking space (not suitable for vans), ensuring a practical and worry-free stay. Sleeps: 4. To preserve the peaceful environment, the apartment is not rented to groups of young people. For dogs, prior contact with the agency is required.

The price does not include:
- Tourist tax: to be paid upon arrival equal to €1.80 per night per person (max 10 days, children under 10 years exempt)
- Linen (sheets, towels...)
Services on request:
- Cot rental: €40 per week
- Folding bed: €50 per week
- Supply of bed linen: €20 per person
- Supply of towels €15 per person
- Where not included in the apartment's amenities, the beach place can be booked personally by the various Arenili Consortia.
General contract conditions:
a) After the payment of the entire amount due (for payments made by bank transfer, the balance must be visible in our account before the keys can be handed over), the keys of the property can be collected from Adriatica Immobiliare Srl office from 15:00 until 18:00 on the day of arrival. With the delivery of the keys, the property is handed effectively over to the tenant, and therefore the tenant becomes the property’s custodian from that moment on. If the tenant does not collect the keys of the property and pay the balance by the day after the start of the rental period, then this agreement shall be considered annulled and any amounts already paid shall not be reimbursed. The keys of the same property must be handed back by 10:00 on the last day of the rental period. The tenant shall undertake to return the property in the same condition as he/she received it, clean and free of any rubbish. Should this not be the case, the tenant shall be liable and pay for any damages.
b) The outstanding balance for the stay, to be paid on the day of arrival before receiving the keys of the property, may be paid in cash within the legal limits, by debit or credit card, by bank transfer (which must be credited to the Agency’s bank account seven days before the arrival date). NB: bank cheques are not accepted. The total amount includes additional charges, such as utilities and service charges.

Piazza Manzoni
Piazza Manzoni is located in the easternmost area of Jesolo, in the Dante Alighieri area.
With its "peripheral" position, it offers a quiet area with lots of nature, where, however, there is no shortage of restaurants and bars to eat and drink throughout the day.
In the area there are numerous hotels with access to the beach, both free and private, and to public transport, with numerous bus stops and the possibility of going to the center of Jesolo.
Nearby attractions
Commercial park in Jesolo, always open with ample parking and a huge open area. From bars to clothes shops, through computer shops and supermarkets. Laguna shopping offers everything you need.
The Jesolo amusement park for adults and children. 35 attractions await you every evening, with many stands where you can eat. Furthermore, throughout the summer there are a series of events and themed evenings.
Large center where musical performances, sporting events, congresses and fairs are held. Open all the year.
A park also equipped for dogs and with lots of games for the little ones. A few trees offer some shade and there are numerous benches scattered throughout the park.
Go-Kart, motorbike and car events are held at the Pista Azzurra, but it is also possible to try the experience of karting and drive for a few laps of the track.
