The price does not include:
-tourist tax: € 1 per day for each person for a maximum of 10 consecutive nights. Exempt children up to 10 years old. Tax application period 01 May - 30
September-linen (sheets, towels, tablecloth...)

week-extra bed: € 50 per
week-where not included in the equipment of the apartment, the beach place can be booked personally by the various Beach Consortia. The Agency shall provide the contact of the responsible lifeguard on request.
- In the apartments where it is possible to accommodate small and medium-sized dogs, an extra cost of € 100.00 per stay is applied.
The tenant undertakes to take the utmost care of the apartment and domestic equipment (dishes, fridge, mattresses, etc ...). Any breakage or damage to objects must be compensated at market prices.
To guarantee the timely compliance with the above and the commitment to leave the apartment in order by the indicated time, upon collection of the key the customer will pay Immobiliare Adriatica a deposit of € 200.00. This non-interest-bearing deposit will be returned at the end of the lease, after checking the condition of the apartment.
General contract conditions:
a)The delivery of the keys of the real estate unit, upon payment of the entire amount due, will be possible from 16:00 to 19:00 on the day of arrival at the headquarters of Adriatica Immobiliare S.R.L.; with the delivery of the keys, the tenant takes over the real estate unit to all intents and purposes, becoming its custodian from that moment on. In the event that the tenant fails to collect the keys with the simultaneous balance of the price within the day following that of the beginning of the rental period, this contract will be considered terminated, withholding what has already been paid. The return of the keys of the same real estate unit must be made by 10:00 on the last day of the rental. The tenant undertakes to return the real estate unit in the same state in which he received it, clean and free of rubbish, under penalty of compensation for any damages.
b) The balance of the stay, to be paid upon arrival before handing over the keys to the Property, can be paid in cash (within the legal limit), by debit card and credit card, or by bank transfer (which must be credited to the Agency's account 7 (seven) days before the day of arrival). Bank checks are not accepted. The total amount is inclusive of ancillary costs such as utilities, condominium expenses.
c) To guarantee the conservation of the accommodation, a sum of € 200.00 must be paid in cash upon arrival as a non-interest bearing security deposit. This sum will be returned to the tenant upon return of the keys, after checking the state of cleanliness and after checking the furnishings and accessories.
d) The tenant acknowledges that a maximum of the number of people referred to in point 1 can stay in the rented apartment and must behave appropriately and respectfully towards others. Exceeding this limit for the use of the property and/or the condominium services attached to it as well as disturbing the peace, will result in the immediate termination of this contract pursuant to 1456 of the Civil Code. and/or for violation of the art. 7 bis and 47 Ordinance Municipality of Jesolo n.134/2003 and its eventual modifications and integrations. The property is leased exclusively for tourist use and subleasing for any reason is prohibited.
e) No sum will be returned to the tenant in the event of early departure with respect to the expiry date of the lease and in the event of contractual termination set out in point d) above. Any extensions must be agreed in written form.
f) In case of cancellation of the reservation, the deposit already paid will be retained.
g) The tenant undertakes to observe and enforce the condominium regulations also for any occupants of the real estate unit covered by this contract. The tenant must allow access to the real estate unit to the landlord or someone on his behalf. It is forbidden to bring animals into the real estate unit without the landlord's authorization and, if authorised, an additional cost may be applied.
h) For any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably, the court of Venice will be competent.
i) The tenant is made aware that his personal data will be processed in accordance with Legislative Decree 196/2003, and subsequent amendments and additions.
